Siobhan Davenport is a champion for women and girls with more than 15 years of non-profit experience. At Capacity Partners, she focuses on developing strategies, skills and resources to help women leaders of nonprofits to build, grown and create impact. Previously, as president and CEO of Crittenton Services, she empowered teen girls in the Washington, DC region with leadership and advocacy skills. As the executive director of the Rocksprings Foundation, Ms. Davenport oversaw the foundation’s impact investing around economic and educational opportunities to low-income families and youth. Prior to that, Ms. Davenport served as senior producer and host for On the Potomac Productions, including the acclaimed series “The New Washington.” Ms. Davenport holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University and a Master’s degree in journalism from American University.
