Patricia begins each day with the attitude that all things are possible. She is a graduate of the Clinton School of Public Service with an Executive Master of public service and has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. She is a proud native of Helena, Arkansas and has been a highly respected community leader in Arkansas for more than twenty years.
In 2009, she led a community effort which resulted in creating a non-profit organization, Delta Circles. Delta Circles’ mission is to support families to end poverty and challenge the way that Black women think about themselves, their finances, and their businesses. In 2014, Patricia received the Arkansas Times Visionary Award for exhibiting creative leadership for her work in the Arkansas Delta. She is an enthusiastic supporter of entrepreneurial leadership and was recognized as a 2019 Community Philanthropy Advancing Equity Award recipient. Patricia was recently appointed to the Arkansas Financial Education Commission. One of her superpowers includes the ability to engage communities and bring people together for collaboration and growth.
