Ola drive firmwide strategy to improve the financial health of JPMC’s 125,000+ female employees, thousands of clients and millions of consumers across income and wealth levels. Ola advances WOTM’s community development efforts by partnering with nonprofits, women-owned businesses and academic institutions to enhance the professional lives of women and girls. Professionally, Ola has always advanced programmatic and institutional changes. While at Prosperity Now, a national nonprofit intermediary centering LMI people, she deepened the capacity of social service organizations to maximize impact. Ola’s proudest achievements include: implementing credit building programs for youth aging out of foster care, investing in BIPOC leaders advancing racial economic justice and building a community of 1000+ DC-area femme, trans and gender non-conforming advocates for social justice. As a first-generation Nigerian-American, Ola’s focus on economic mobility and wealth creation for women, girls and gender expansive folk is informed by multiple perspectives.
Ola earned a bachelor’s in government from Georgetown University and a professional certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Ola loves adventure, especially skydiving and scuba diving, and is a spicy food enthusiast.
