A French national with North African heritage, Jamila is a passionate professional and a recognized leader at P&G and externally. During her 20 years of experience, she led, influenced, and implemented key industry transformative strategies, from pack and materials industries to marketing, driving efficiencies at ecosystem levels. In 2015 she was given the mission to expand the NA based supplier diversity program globally. She developed the strategy, designed the program, developed the teams, and implemented with passion, which resulted into what is today one of the benchmark programs in the industry, with a $3 billion annual spend and with a target to reach $5 billion by 2030. Thanks to her personal story, she is impatiently and relentlessly promoting gender equality throughout the workplace, the marketplace (supply chain), and within communities. She has created the first ever women economic empowerment role at P&G, aiming to support women entrepreneurs throughout the value chain of P&G. Jamila holds a master of science in engineering from les Arts & Métiers in France and a master’s in supply chain management from EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland. Her three daughters, her family, and her family heritage are fueling her passion for equality, inclusion, and economic justice.
